Biography :
In 1982 I moved to beautiful Florida from the Caribbean — more specifically, Trinidad and Tobago. Just like the sunshine drew me to South Florida, my career has been drawn to real estate. When I first arrived in Florida, I launched my career by working for a mortgage company, and then in the mortgage division within the banking system. By 1992, with my experience and knowledge of the business, I was hired by First Union Bank as a Junior Underwriter and worked my way up to Senior Underwriter within three years. These experiences eventually led me to venture off on my own. I opened my own Licensed Mortgage Brokerage business in 1997, and currently still own that business. I also studied for and obtained an appraiser’s license, 220 insurance license, and finally, my real estate license. Since 2007, I have dedicated my time to Real Estate. Having owned my own business within the industry for so many years, I have developed key skills to have a successful career in Real Estate. I am extremely organized, and customer service is my number one priority. My main goal is to ensure my buyers and sellers have a painless and smooth experience when buying or selling. Communication, communication, communication, I believe, is the most important factor in attaining my goal. My experience in the brokerage, appraisal, and insurance industries gives me a unique advantage in the real estate industry. I’ll put that experience to work for you.
